In June of 2001 we purchased a home from Ryland Homes, our Sales Agent was Dawn Richardson. Dawn was a very compassionated helpful person; she was there for all of our questions and concerns. Dawn never got impatient with us, even when we knew it seemed to her the answer were very obvious. Through our observance this thoughtfulness and caring did not just extend to us, but other clients as well.

I just wanted to drop a line to let you know how much Donald and I appreciate all the hard work you have done for us, we are now settled in our beautiful new townhouse and we love it, I know that alot of the time we were frustrated and wanted to give up, but your patience and advice made the whole purchasing experience a real pleasure.
